Field Customer Engineers / Technicians

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out installation, repair and preventive maintenance of customers’ multi-function devices (e.g. Multi Function Printer, Production Printing Printers and its related devices)
  • To provide timely and active customer service
  • To record and submit all service data and reports as and when required
  • Problem analysis/diagnosis of users’ technical problems

 

Requirements:

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Digital/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Valid Class 2/3 driving license & preferably possess own vehicle (Transport allowances will be provided)
  • Good interpersonal skills, and a good team player
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting of monochrome and color printers in a network environment will be an added advantage
