Major Account Manager




  • To provide sales and after sales service including key operator training;
  • To ensure that the monthly sales targets set by the company are met;
  • Solicit new business through canvassing, mailer, enquires etc;
  • Always keeping current with product knowledge and related skill-sets (such as IT knowledge) as well as market situation. To provide feedback to the SM on any critical conditions or market information for remedial and follow up actions;
  • Liaise with third party Leasing / Financing Company for equipment financing;
  • Monitor customers’ accounts and ensure their prompt payments;



  • Preferably possess GCE ‘O’ Level;
  • Major Account Executive should have (at least 2 years sales experience in the office automation market);
