Service Engineering




  • Ensuring smooth running daily front-end operations;
  • Performing support for all Ricoh related devices, software, services and any other related equipment;
  • Ensure service agreement level is met for incident management;
  • Manage all Ricoh related assets;
  • Liaising with vendors for equipment repairs and maintenance;
  • Provide network and connectivity support for after sales services;
  • Provide firmware/software updates and 2nd Level support when required;
  • Assisting in managing individual team with reporting Manager (Team Leaders).



  • Diploma / Degree holder or NITEC/Higher, NITEC/Diploma in Digital/Electronics, Engineering/ Mechatronics or computing and any related discipline; •
  • CCNA/MCSA/MCSE will be an added advantage;
  • Results oriented and highly motivated
  • Good knowledge in troubleshooting Wintel environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with ERP Software, UNIX/Linux, AS400 and Database Software are highly desirable;
  • Valid Class 2/3 driving license & preferably possess own vehicle
