Customer Advisory: Unauthorised calls claiming to represent Ricoh
Ricoh Singapore has received reports of callers falsely claiming to represent Ricoh and offering machine upgrades. One recipient reported that the caller was an AI bot.
We have confirmed that the reported calls were not made by Ricoh Singapore or its authorised dealers.
If you receive an unexpected call about a Ricoh machine upgrade, or attempting to offer Ricoh services and products, please verify it through your usual Ricoh contact or the official contact details at www.ricoh.sg before sharing information or agreeing to any proposal. A convincing voice does not establish that the caller represents Ricoh.
If you have received a similar call, please contact us with the date, displayed phone number and a brief description of what was discussed.
