Ricoh Named Among the Financial Times' “Best Employers Asia-Pacific 2026”

Ricoh has once again been included in the Financial Times’ “Best Employers: Asia-Pacific 2026” list, ranking 39th among 500 companies recognised across the region. Placing in the top 10% of the overall ranking and 6th in the Semiconductors, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Technology Hardware & Equipment category, the recognition reflects Ricoh’s ongoing commitment to building an engaged, inclusive, and future-ready workplace across Asia Pacific.

The ranking is compiled by the Financial Times in partnership with data provider Statista, and is based on an independent survey of more than 300,000 employee evaluations gathered from professionals across the region. To be considered, companies were required to have significant international engagement, employ more than 1,000 people, and operate in at least two of the 14 markets in scope: Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Employees were asked how likely they would be to recommend their own employer, as well as other companies in their industry, as a place to work, with responses combined into a direct and indirect score for each organisation.

Ricoh's placement among the top 500 employers in Asia Pacific reflects the strength of its workplace culture and the trust employees place in the organisation, built on continued investment in employee development, flexible ways of working, and a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion across its regional operations.

Ricoh's employee-centric approach includes structured learning and development pathways, flexible work arrangements, and programmes that promote wellbeing and inclusion. These initiatives support the company's broader ambition of attracting and retaining talent to drive its continued growth and success in the competitive Asia Pacific market. This year, Ricoh was also named to the World’s Best Companies 2026 list, compiled by TIME and Statista.
